Ayu didn't start to celebrate her 10th tile April, when poker face was released, right?
So there is still hope for Hikki to do something considering that her actual 10th anni doesn't begin til December 9th. ;D

Hm...

I met up with a friend just the other day. He runs an anime shop, and Hikki is his favorite artist He's really awesome and knows what he's talking about when it comes to the asian market. Well, let me get to the point. Possible NEWS regarding Hikki's next English album. He told me that he found out Hikki will include her Kingdom Hearts songs in the album, considering she never did anything with them in the US besides have them in the games.

Why do people keep on insisting that by some wild miracle her Kingdom Hearts songs are going to be on her ingles album? DDD: I still like the songs but they are old as hell. Why put them on the album when two new songs could be place there instead? =/ Besides, I don't think Universal Records have any rights to the KH songs. Not to sound mean AyUta but I hope your friend is wrong about this. (I hope I didn't make you upset by saying that. T_T)

Of course, remember tho Mirrorcle World was announced at least 1.5 - 2 months ago before the actual release date. I dun really think EMI will announce a physical release 6-7 days before the anniversary day.

I assume they should be doing something... It's just quite awkward that nothing's built up for this big day...

Of course not Although....it would probably mean good sales for her next English album if she included the famous KH songs that brought her many new US fans. It could boost sales.

Didn't she already release ringtones for all her songs? Way at the beginning of the year. There was a promotion where they gave Automatic a ringtone free. I have a feeling that this is it. She resang Eternally and I think that's it. For this year anyway.

^ She didn't re-sing it though. It was leftover vocals from the original, the ones EMI/Hikki didn't want to be used, so they threw those aside. Now those same vocals are being used for this new version of the song.

I highly doubt anything "new" will be released in Japan before the summer (which is still her anniversary year.) Because her 2nd English album has been confirmed to be put out before the end of fiscal '08.

I think a best album is quite possible though for January or February to commemorate her anniversary. Maybe fan-selected or her personal favorite. I don't think they are quite ready for a 2nd singles collection.
