First i thought it too, BUT when i visit the fanclub, the 3rd kanji looks a little bit different as the one on the shirt!

this half looks different -> 組 <-this half looks the same, so i'm quite confused!? xDD
or maybe my old eyes make a joke with me!

Edit:

I don't know if it applies to kanji, but in Chinese, they both mean the same, just that 組 is traditional chinese and the other character is the simplified chinese.
