The rumours has it that it will be a week after A COMPLETE so it might be true or at least 2-3 weeks afterwards.
If this whole single thing isn't true (not talking about the titles) so it might be something else (like Who...'s 10th anni version).

Since we do know that Ayu is now recording a new song, I highly doubt this is true ^^
