Tales of Xillia theme song titled 'progress'

This song seems like it will be amazing, especially for a video game theme song. The lyrics are nice, and I am glad she's working with TK again. I happen to like his style of music.
I cannot wait for this one~

I guess another soggy Love songs-copy was to be expected for a video game theme, but I'm praying to the music Gods every day for her to please release something upbeat and powerful again. Preferably electro but rock will do as well. Microphone was the last song that blasted me out of my chair and I want that feeling back. If the next single run will be another Moon - Crossroad - etc, I will cry.

I don't think this will necessarily be a ballad... I mean almost everyone though Love song/Love songs was going to be jampacked full of ballads, and not surprisingly, it wasn't.

Well I don't mind if this is a ballad. If it's really good, I'll absolutely be a huge fan of it. I just wish for her to go back to Microphone / Sparkle / Rule / EnergizE / identity, that sort of music. OR to go in the direction of Last Angel, that would be even better! Best song on the album hands down if you ask me.

But hey it's just 1 song We know nothing about the next album yet so I won't make any preliminary judgement.

KOKIA herlsef wrote something very similiar a couple of years ago, and the song was called Fate. I'm sorry to say this, but in terms of Tales of... and anime / RPG music, I don't think Ayu can compare to artists like KOKIA.

EDIT: AND BESIDE Tetsuya Komuro!!! For goooodddd's sake. I can't stand his music.

KOKIA make songs for anime and videogames since always, Ayu's more mainstream and she made few songs for anime/videogames. But at least her music could fit very well in anime and videogames most of the times, so what's the deal? . And lol the song is not out yet, so how we can compare Making fate to KOKIA's fate?

I wrote that thinking about the lyrics... I don't think the musci would be similar at all!! and least if we think it's TK who's writing the tune. (Am I the only one who doesn't stant this guy's work?)

LOL. Omg you all make me laugh.

I knew it would be TK anyway, his music SOUNDS like theme song music. In fact, every time I listen to Love Songs I think of it as a theme song compilation album. And hate him or love him, all of his tracks on that album are very strong, solid tracks. They completely outshine tracks from other composers like MOON and Sweet Season. So I'm trilled he's working with Ayu again because his music for her so far have been amazing. ~can't wait~
