Even though I dislike AKB48, i like some of the members/ex members especially when I see potentials to them. Tomo-chin is really interesting the first time i saw her. i've listened to her performance and liked her lower register. I even loved the song more when I learned that she wrote the lyrics herself. I might buy the single

I liked Fui ni, but her vocals on this song sound super weak to me.
http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XMzU5NjUwNDE2.html?x She just doesn't have a strong enough voice for edgier songs yet, that could change. Ayu's voice certainly matured. That being said, I would agree that this video has Ayu elements in it. The quality of the video itself is similar to videos released in the early 2000's IMO. I always found it interesting that she cites Namie as one of her biggest influences/idols, but all I see and hear from her screams Ayu. :p

yeah ayu's vocals "evolved" in an interesting fashion. I always loved poker face ayu vocals lol But I think they were somewhat generic back then in a sea of females who sounded like that, and then ayu did end up sounding different.
So maybe this girl can do it too. It would be really nice to see any female pop solo do well tbh, no matter even where they came from.

This song actually sounded nice and that says a lot coming from someone who can't stand anything related to AKB48.
And it was very Ayuish but it didn't really bother me tbh.
