Seems the Japanese MY ALL dance one got staggered and is visible now too. Wonder what else she'll post in the coming weeks!

I saw the video of Ayu miming it but I didn’t realize it was actually her singing until almost the end! Her studio voice for this is completely different. Seems she’s completely transitioned away from that emotional style of singing. I hope it’s only for this track. You would never guess it’s the same artist who sings The Show Must Go On for example.

I understand it’s difficult if not impossible for her to maintain that style, but I guess the main appeal with Ayu for me was that she always sounded as if someone was wringing her heart dry as she poured out her soul into the song. Almost as if she was in pain because of how strongly her emotions were consuming her. Here it just kinda sounds like she’s sitting pleasantly in a rocking chair before a floor full of snot nosed kids singing nursery rhymes. Lmao.

She's probably focusing more on pronouncing the language right than putting emotions into it.

Thank god. It's not her natural voice. She was straining her voice trying to sing higher than her range and also trying to sound cute.

She is singing in a language she does not understand. One tends to concentrate more on pronouncing the words properly rather than anything else...

People do sound different when they sing in other languages, i noticed that with Miyavi, HYDE, Jaejoong, Alan.... The pronunciation is different and so are the way you use air to produce sounds needed. Ayu's the most extreme though, i thought it was someone else..but then, she's not familiar with chinese, so her not sounding like she usually does is understandable.... I don't hate this deeper register though.

I think she’s using the opportunity that she hasn’t joined it yet and that’s it’s her anniversary and that her tour is postponed now to run a campaign. It’s genius really. I really hate how it’s region locked. But if you go through her Instagram story link without logging in, it’s not region locked. I love that she posted MY ALL (my hands down favorite song of hers) dancing and singing the Chinese version with her doggies. And she’s blonde again *squeals*

Wow, her voice sounds so different in this Chinese version, I really like how she sounds and that she's actually singing, not shouting.
Thank god these videos can be viewed from desktop and without registration and download managers can download them easily. I just wish the sound was better than 64kbps.

Her voice sounds fine but WHAT is up with the mixing? It’s sound so terrible and cheap how loud her vocals are compared to the rest of the mix.

It's better than drowning in the music at least. And we can't judge it properly until the final version is released in high quality.

Ayu is reposting her staffs TikToks on her instastory. Timmy sang an English version of MY ALL in his Tik Tok. Wishful thinking but I would love Ayu to record an English version!

I really like the Chinese version of My All. I was unsure if it would sound good but her vocals sound really nice. When I viewed the video the music wasn't in sync with Ayu though.

I guess that's what happens when she doesn't try to alter her voice. Like for example her voice in the studio version of Last Angel was completely different from live performances, much higher-pitched.
