~7,000 is actually pretty good for having barely ANY promotion at all. I believe "EXODUS" will be a sleeper, and eventually hit it semi-big by the beginning of next year.

I'm gonna buy EXODUS. I really think this album deserves to sell alot, and it proved to me that Utada isn't just a generic pop star. I think this album is better than her Japanese songs, except maybe TIME LIMIT...

Can't you like buy those like promotional cards somewhere? I would put a lot around town and maybe my school...

Anyways, i kinda expected this. The songs are too out there for most of the American public. Not to mention the low amount of publicity.

i might jsut buy it because i feel sorry for her, she wasted all the money for sucky promotion, the cd is great overall and should be everywhere and advertised in the U.S.

Well..actually she did a lot of promotion in NYC...I've seen the posters in Manhattan...a bunch...so much that my friend thought it was okay to steal the poster. LOLz. Anyway, my school is 1 block away from the largest towers in Manhattan and it's stocked with Utada cds (which were almost gone because of my friends). I guess it's because theres also a lot of kids who are interested in JPN, Anime, games, etc. (we have clubs for it...lol =] And also Japanese as a foreign lang.) And towers has this section of "Out break" artists...and Utada was in that section. =] Even discriptions and being able to listen to everything on her album before buying. ^__^ I guess Utada she bring back some old favorites like...Simple and Clean? Although it seems like Utada puts more effort and emotion in her JPN songs. x_X weird ne?

Well lests Just wait and see what the next singles is! Can see if she gonna get promoted! I mean The fans make the sales to Vote for her Videos Spread the word and stuff ! I will also by her album this week

They just need to release on of the R&B songs on the album as a single. That's the mainstream right now anyway.

I'll probably be picking it up next week, although it should be available here already; Chrono (fellow AHS-member) went over to a Dutch store last Saturday and they told him Exodus would be in by Tuesday, which is today. I'm broke though, *cough*, so I'll have to wait a little.

Hmm...for the Aussies who are interested and still haven't brought one. You might want to check your local HMV. Because HMV Au, has it listed on their site as a US Import for $34AUD.
