Perfer Ayu 48 or 40?

The number got that from a friend of mine who works with Ayu....She is actually 156cm and 48kg currently. that is where i got the numbers from and 48 looks good on her as i am sure people's weight grows as people grow older we don;t expect her to be 40kg 6 years ago and the same now. I guess the most important thing is that she look healthy stay fit...like she is now.
I have a friend who is the same height as ayu but is only 43kg and her boyfriend compains that she is so fat and now she is trying to hard to silm down to 40 cos her bf wants her to be 40kg.....and she looks so skinny and it is just not right..

By BMI, she is really underweight! But then BMI isn't that good of an indicator to health and fitness. If she's healthy + fit, it shouldn't matter how much she weighs. Japanese people are generally petite~

Well, from my sources, Ayumi is actually a big eater.... yet she can't have a fixed time meal so that's why she can't get over 50kg on her weight....

According to this, if she really is 156 cm and 48 kg, her BMI is 19.7, which is actually normal weight.

Yeah, who cares about her weight? And yeah she seems to be somewhat of a heavy eater (not piggy, but just likes sweets; face it: who doesn't?), but she probably just has a fast metabolism. Have you guys noticed how active she is? Thank God she's not anorexic.
