OK, first of all, you don't even have any idea of how many people are even going to be in the PV. Secondly, you don't have any idea of what they're going to DO with the people... some of her best PVs have extra people recruited, such a Dearest, Endless Sorrow, RAINBOW, Greatful Days, ETC. And if you think that THOSE PVs are worthless, then I don't know what's wrong with you.. Just because they are hiring extras doesn't mean its going to be like Humming 7/4 o_O ... Use your imagination...

I'm assuming (using my imagination) that they need lots of people if they are putting a notice on a site. If they needed the amount of people like in RAOIBOW, Endless sorrow etc. they would have contacted some talent agencies etc (that's what I'm ASSUMING)...

I agree

it would lots of fun... but i just can't erase the "Humming" PV from my mind when I think about recruiting amateurs in PVs :/

It would be fun to star in one... but it's no fun for me when i'm paying for a DVD with such a PV...

I sure hope the PV wil be great :/ i just can't help i'm all so pesimistic

hmm i kinda disagree with that.. i've been choosen as extra for a couple of movies and soap operas that were filmed in my town... and i'm not a model... and i'm not under any agency... XD... so i guess it was for everyone who wanted to apply

That's usually not the case though. Most of the time extras are gotten through agencies. Here in LA, all the extras in major movies/tv shows/music videos are through an agency. Usually an open call for extras is only done when they are shooting on location in a small town or city that doesn't have much in the way of acting agencies or they do it when they need tons of extras. So yes, this video will probably have a lot of people in it if they are doing an open call - doesn't necasarily have to mean that it is going to be like Humming 7/4 though.

It'd be nice if they had a PV where normal fans were invited to take part, something like Audience (chances are that at least some of the 'models'/professionals recruited are Ayu fans anyway...)

Presumably just about to start making the PV now - will be interesting to see just how quickly they make a typical Ayu music video these days.

I think that other songs should've been done for MY STORY [aka the Liar-HOPE or PAIN-happy ending trilogy and Replace or something]~

Because of You, Rainy Day, and Ladies Night are also album PVs and they are all excellent. :p So just because it's an album PV doesn't mean the quality has to be sub-par, you just have to be willing to put some more time and work into them.
