I think "CHIP CHIP" is the engrish for "CHEAP CHEAP MF!!"...I remember hearing it from a movie I think...I forgot who said it. It was yelled out humorously, though.

Didn't know the Japanese were such observant listeners!!! x_x

I think it has something to do with the running gag in America that we believe all British people say stuff like, "Chip chip cheerio" as a greeting. The Japanese probably saw it somewhere and thought it was American when in fact we were parodying the Brits.

Anyway, to answer the question I would say yes, I think when learning a foriegn language you should learn curse words first just so you know what they mean in case you're ever called it.

Dude I know, one time I told one of my friends to google her name when they asked about her after I mentioned her name. They came back and was like omg she's like a porn star. She was referring to that old shiny pic of her in a bikini and ripped jean shorts. I was like...dude that's not porn starish...
