Things Avex Could Have Done To Improve (m)u sales

So for the first time in quite a while i decided to fetch my (miss)understood cd and while listening to Bold & Delicious i was thinking of how avex could have used that single to improve the album sales

They could have [obviously] not released the B&D single at all which would improve sales because of 2new songs and 2new pv's

Another thing they could have done [which is sneaky] is release B&D as a CD only, with no CD+DVD and only allow the B&D pv to air on tv. Now if you think about that then people would buy the single for instrumentals and remixes but they would also have bought the album for PV's


Can anyone else think of what avex could and should of done
