Thoughts on the song Secret

the best ballad in awhile
and i'm so happy that it's a pretty long ballad too
no squeaking, no background
just plain ayu
and it's beautiful

It's the lyrics really that make this song for me. On the first few listens I just thought the song was alright, but after reading the lyrics it made me have a higher opinion.

I think I said I thought it sounded like a very generic theme song for a movie, or an anime.

The funny thing is that after the release the song became the theme song of that Chinese (or was it HK?) movie.

I love it to death. Definitely in my Ayu top 3 at the moment. It's so kirei in the full meaning of the word - pretty and somehow "clean".
