She does look fat... not sure if she is, but she does look like it. It's hard to judge the hair now, becouse all the pictures that poped up so far are either low quality or unusual circumstances... they look kinda weird though...
And I'm guessing she had extensions/wig for the Panasonic CM - or perhaps she trimmed her hair twice?...

What I don't get is that Ayu's weight always ends up becoming an issue because she's too fat or too skinny.
Is she never good enough for some people? Thank goodness she's not some skeleton, which she's never really been before. And she's never been a pig either.
