It might could be the reason that Ayu is almost the eldest singer of the list,
so and you all know that Ayu changed her style of music and got more mature.

Ai Otsuka or BoA e.p. are still very young.
Namie is in the same age of Ayu, but her style didn't change, or? (Don't know, I'm not intersted in her that much.)
The Japanese may don't like the adult way.

Some people don't have a life and can only make themselves feel superior by insulting someone popular. Same goes for people who vote on who's the most hated artist or girls who throw fits because somebody dates one of the Johnny's. A lot of celebs in Japan had worse due to someone rumored to date them. Bet a load of them are ugly and miserable anyway
