Kids say the darnest thing.... about ayu

Everytime I play Ayu (and ONLY Ayu) my nephew goes crazy, smiles and starts dancing...he's 1...
Really cute stories here~ I'm surprised a 7 year old knew an entire Ayu song after hearing it only 2 times, but then again, young children have great memories, their minds are always open.

Aw, that kids sounds so cute!

My seven-year-old nephew LOVES Ayu. I've been conditioning him to like her ever since he was little! Every time he comes over I have to bring out my Ayu DVDs for him, or if I'm in the car with him I have to give him my iPod so he can watch Ayu PVs. xDD

i have a parent yelling at me for playing japanese songs at my workplace. He insists that it's not right to play foreign songs in a kids playarea, say that it's bad for the kids...blah blah~~ GRRRRR!!!!!

My 10 year old neighbour always runs when he hears Ayu. He hates her and calls her chip-munk voice.
AND YET he sings along with STEP you and Dearest, and a few other songs.
I caught him in the act, it was SO FUNNY! I said "Nathanial(his name is really Nathan but it makes him angry to call him Nathanial hehehe) whats that you're doing?! SINGING?! TO AYU?!!!!!!?"
He ran out of my house and was yelling at me "NO I WASNT!!!"

I don't get this person's arguement of "it's bad for the kids"...sure...it's REALLY horrible for them to learn/speak multiple languages...

i ever asked a kid too..its about 5 years old..
i asked him do you know ayumi hamasaki??
he said to me
"what is that? is it a cake?"
i said no..she is a singer..i asked him.
"do you ever watch inuyasha anime??"
he said yes..

so i said one of the song called dearest was sung by ayumi hamasaki..

and he lookoed very happy ^^

I have a few friends/seniors who are 16-17. They don't listen to Ayumi but they know her cos I keep mentioning her... In any case they make fun of her name. "I only know Ayumi cos she's Ayumi HamaSUCKY(saki)!!!"
