Let me clear that up: Do not pick any B-sides (i.e. Beautiful Fighters or Will) or remixes/recycled songs (i.e. Secret). This also excludes teens from the Startin'/Born To Be... single.

Basically it means that the only song you can pick for the evolution single is evolution, you know? However, you may choose Bold & Delicious AND/OR Pride for said single.

I really like this idea for the topic but its worth pointing out that Ayu doesn't always convey the imagery for the a-side on the cover every single time. Sometimes its conveying something else or another track on the single. Just like in her PVs. I also think, despite it being Ayu and for all her love of symbolism and allegory, she sometimes has no connection to anything and goes for a great asthetic. Such as the B&D covers or Fairyland, for example.

I think the best expression of the a-side on a single in image form is probably NEVER EVER.
