Yes, this is exactly what happened with GUILTY. They said it was fine.. but I'm sure you'll have to wait for further news.
Oh, and the magnets thing is like there's one of 43 you can get [I wonder if there's only 43 magnets per promotional box..]

I pre-ordered around 8-9 hours after it was for pre-order, I hope I'll get something =P though most chances that I won't.
On the good note, if there is an oversized poster it means that ayu will surely be on the cover
