Most music stores should have her cds..
If you want imported from japan, CD only versions, go to HMV.

Oh yeah called warner and hmv... nothing on A COMPLETE

Warner SG is irriatating! They'd remove PBs as and when they like, jack up the prices, and release lesser Ayu commercials in SG...

^ermmm....there isn't gonna be a PB? issit confirmed? omg...but it ships in a box right?...i doubt they will just take out the PB from that box

I don't know for that honestly

since the SG press of GUILTY didn't came with the photobook , so I'm gonna assume the same thing's going to happen ?

then again they left the photobook for Koda Kumi's Kingdom so there's quite a chance the photobook will be left intact for A COMPLETE ?

come to think about it now , I don't think I will be getting A COMPLETE since I already have A BEST & A BEST 2 . Somemore I just downloaded the 10th anniversary version of Who ... earlier on

but then again see how although the DVD contents of A COMPLETE is really tempting me big time

^How can you not buy A Complete!! It's probably gonna be only $30 or something.

Ayu fantasy, it's difficult to jack up sg press prices since it's made in singapore... Unless you count HMV where there's a mark up compared to stores like Music Junction and Sembawang. It's those DVDs like asia tour 07 where they import from hongkong and sell for much more. And don't get me started on j-press stuff.

I know Elaine but you definitely can't help but feel a bit cheated especially since A BEST 2 was put out recently ala last year

then again never say never , I might just get it to complete my ayumi collection

Lol! It was mock anger so don't worry about it. Don't feel offended by my next statement. I thought you being an arashi fan would understand the j music culture more than some AHS people so i was surprised when you said you wouldn't be buying it. Somehow A Best 2 is mentioned more than A Best. I don't see the connection between the best albums releases and A complete's. I know the songlists are very similar but that's about it. Like kinki, they released their 10th anniversary compilation less than two years after their second best album and their fans didn't complain. I'm surprised by the general unhappiness over a complete.

well at 1st I was real happy when A COMPLETE was announced but after I saw the tracklist , I wasn't happy especially since it doesn't feel & sound complete to me as a lot of fantastic A sides were excluded from the tracklist & you can tell the main A side from her double/triple/quarter A sides singles are only selected & the rest were basically chopped liver .

Somemore you're right in that it's not fair in a way to compare A BEST 2 against A COMPLETE since there're quite a lot of non singles included in A BEST 2 where it's nothing but singles that she has put out for A COMPLETE's case .

then again , there's quite a chance I will get it because of the DVD's contents & somemore Warner S'pore will be producing it locally for sure so ya

& sorry ar , why did you drag ARASHI into the pic ?? I don't get it

^I'm just a little sad about the poor reception A Complete is getting on AHS but at least many members seem to be getting it ultimately. Yeah maybe they should have added in all the a-sides haha. Really hope it's affordable like both A Best 2s. I'll probably troop down to music junction once it's available.

I think it feels like a let-down to lots of us due to the timing. We only recently got AB2 and it kinda seemed like just a teaser leading up to her 10th anniversary and I guess there was the expectation that there'd be more from her this far into the year.

We did (technically) get a new album and 2 singles this year if you count GREEN but apart from that the only other release is little more than a re-hash of AB2 coupled with some footage they couldn't pawn off anywhere else until now and her standard tour DVD. I think that because most of us aren't in Japan and can't enjoy all the extra concerts she's been doing for her fans, we kinda feel left out. We just feel lonely!!

I still love A Complete (although partly because I got the China press of AB2 in CD-only version-so I want the songs in good quality-and the unreleased single covers intrigued me too)

The covers have also grown on me and I'm happy that Ayu has re-recorded her signature songs, but apart from the concert (which is old material) and extra pictures, there's nothing new musically from her until GREEN comes out. I had hopes that she would start releasing songs like crazy again for her 10th and releasing heaps of new B-sides that otherwise never made it to our ears.

I think there's a whole thread on this already so I'll try not to hijack this one anymore

I really hope that Warner has permission for the PB printing for you guys although we'd all love to see what poster they printed if they couldn't get it. I'm sure some yummy HQ scans will come up for you guys pretty soon after the release regardless but I'll keep my fingers crossed!

It sounds like even Warner and HMV have no idea at this stage!

exactly , if all the A sides are left intact I really don't mind but I think you need 4 discs instead of 3 to fit everything together

I'm quite sure the price will be a-ok since it's OS press & it's not going to be expensive like the Japan press

btw I still don't get it , why did you drag ARASHI into the pic since this's like outta the blue

& Kendalle , she only re-recorded Who ... . The other songs on A COMPLETE were all remastered & resung & remastered are 2 separate entities

Haha! Disappointment much? Yeah that thread was fun while it lasted. Thanks for your well wishes for a complete on our shore. I think more like their front line staff has no idea. It's very bureaucratic here so information probably didn't get transmitted effectively. Most of the times, the staff only gets shipment dates and stuff. They wouldn't know anything about PBs and i don't blame them.

I thought JE epitomizes what the japanese music scene was. What i meant was i thought you would have been more understanding about A Complete release but of course you are entitled to your choices lol and now i know why you feel slightly let down with it. We don't have to be happy about everything our queen does.

haha yes I'm an ARASHI fan & I do support them mainly cos of their music & I also support their other fellow JE 'colleagues' , be it Senpai or Koukai groups

I actually only came onboard the JE music bandwagon late May this year & I have been an ayumi fan for almost 2 years +

It's logical for ayumi to put out A COMPLETE this year anyway since it's the celebration of her 10th anniversary in the business but frankly things will be much better if all the A sides are left intact & A BEST 2 wouldn't be put out last year but then again it's just me lah
