I have to admit, I'm not a big Rika fan. She has like 38 photobooks though xD

Kimagure Princess didn't sell welllll =(. Today's obviously it's debut, and it's at #3 with 16,666 sold.

It's not great =(..but it's very much like old Momusu songs, such as Koi no Dance Site or the Peace. A little weird, but catchy. I guess that kind of stuff doesn't sell well anymore.

Either way, I put the single in the downloads section.

I love Koi no Dance Site and The Peace.

This though, is nowhere near that level. I can see that they were maybe going for something that is a little off the wall, but it just failed.

i dont know about you guys, but i love the song.. well, at first i didn't. i agree with the chipmunk verses.. i was like "what's wrong with the video sound?" (YES! i blame the video encoder first, LoL!) I got into the song after a few more plays.. before you know it, i love it to bits!

[out of topic] and for some reason, after hearing about Kusumi's graduation, i began to love Mikan too. i absolutely hated it until the announcement of graduation.. i dont know why... so my all time hated MoMusu song is still Ambitious! xD

^ Mikan I hated until I saw a live performance of it in concert, then I liked it a lot more.

For Kimagure Princess, in addition to the chipmunk verses (I too thought there was a problem with my video player!), I just don't want to hear MM singing about asses and breasts, lol.

I'm not a big fan of Mikan... I like Ambitious more than it. But they all rank at the bottom of the list for me.

I Think mikan was much closer in terms of lyrics and music to older momusu songs than kimagure princess. for Kp I like the B-side for the first time in history more than the a-side, but I don't think it's absolutely awful. However, I'm not surprised at the sales, they always have a lemon in terms of sales from time to time.

Well, it's hard to say since we've only been given one figure. Day 1 was 16,666 and I heard Day 2 was 6,800 but I'm not sure where that figure came from. Today is probably around 5k so I'd say maybe around 28k?

I've always liked Mikan and Ambitious

My least favorite MM single is probably Naichau Kamo. The repeated "kamo kamo kamo kamo kamo kamo" is just awful.

I'm pretty disappointed...they somewhat had a Tanpopo (

) vibe going on but this just sounds like a generic anime song.

Naichau Kamo isn't a favorite of mine either, but it is at least tolerable. Nanchatte Renai was pretty much the only single from them this year that I really liked.

btw, I'm going to see the 9 Smiles tour next weekend. I'll let you know how it was!
