It's not bad right now either, but I tend to like Ayu with long hair...or that pretty wavy/curly hairstyle that you see a lot of gals with...kind of like this one:

I think my favorite hairstyle of hers was definitely in the music video for "is this LOVE?"

I LOVE Ayu's hair best when it's dark (brown or black) and straight or in curls. For me, her hairstyles in the "(miss)understood"-era were her best so far.
I ADORE her hairstyle in the "Pride" PV! I would love to see this styling more often.

I don't like Ayu's blonde hair too much (though I LOVE how she wears it right now!! ).
I mean, she looks pretty with every haircolour, but I hope that she is getting a darker colour again soon!

Hm...A BEST and m(u) eras. A BEST period hair was really cute and rather iconic, it's totally Ayu (of that time). I'd get it if I didn't prefer long hair. m(u) is just plain gorgeous and sassy yet mature and luxurious, and somehow it still looks so simple! Whoever styled it is a genius. I didn't really like her hair during glitter/fated. Too long for her face type, looked kinda limp too The colour was alright, but again I didn't fancy it much.

RnRC's cool too, sleek yet cute I also like that it's something she's never really done before.

I don't like her blond shades that much. It's a pity she favours it herself, it doesn't suit her.
Love her the most with dark and straight hair (like the INSPIRE/Game cover or the MU era)!

Like most of here, I love the (m)u hair. Dark brown hair, or black, i love both straight and wavy (Pride). And then Guilty, esp Together When era. Oh, and I looove her hair in Kouhaku 2009 (Rule) and CDL future classics. Her recent hair is also good on her.

Ah I'm glad someone agrees with me about the glitter/fated hair!! It looked okay when it was wet on the covers, and it was cute in the PVs, but when she was in Tour of Secret, and one award thing (can't remember what it was for >_<) it just made her face look really...wide (o_o)

All in all, if Ayu sticks with chocolatey brown hair forever and ever (no matter the length or style) I will be happy

My favorite hair of Ayu's is probably her PCDL 2005-2006; I think the dark hair suited her features perfectly.
