^LMAO I guess "STARS ARE BLIND" (looks at cover as her eyes look weird and it seems like she has strabism )

Now I love Paris...don't get me wrong...and I loved 'Stars are Blind' but the album is just a big pile of self indulgence.

The songs are bland...the only ones I can actually enjoy are, "Screwed (I Was and I filmed it)", and "Jealousy (an ode to Nicole <3<3<3)"

.__. I was looking forward to it but I'm seriously dissapointed.

I hate to admit it but I'm secretly a huge fan of Paris. I have to say, Paris' music is surprisingly solid now that I've heard the full album. Easily the best vanity project I've ever heard (not that that's saying much) and one of the better American pop albums I've heard in a while. I think it succeeds because it's totally unprententious and fun, and more importantly my expectations for the album were remarkably low. I've grown quite fond of Paris' raspy wheezing/singing and the songs themselves are more than just tolerable, they are actually really enjoyable. It doesn't hurt that the cover is gorgeous, and her lazy eye even looks stunning on it. Going out to buy the CD might not be as embaressing as I thought it would be.

Oh no! She got you...!

The only problem with her is just that she did get this record only becouse she's famous, not becous she can sing a bit. Would it be better to give all those songs to some gal who actually has vocal talent?... But yeah... it's all about market values, not artistic values today.

These songs wouldn't be what they are nor as good as they are without Paris singing them. They just fit her voice so well.

I actually tried to listen to the song but it didnt sound like singing at all there was nothing about it that brought me in. And if I had money and flaunted it I could easily throw some **** together and it would sell like hot cakes. I mean I'm just goin off what I see and she hasnt givin anything to like. I dont think paris is really being paris. But thats just me

Obviously, no one else can type it for you since you are the only one so far who has heard about the incident. Care to share since you have so many people interested?

I don't like Paris because she's famous or because she's "paris" I like Paris because she is who she is and she doesn't care what other's think. Once again the world listents to Paparazzi and Tabloids and puts a name ot a description. Who said you have to be super smart and talented to be respected? I mean she sings good enough that you like her music, and aren't holding your ears, the music itself is nice. And her TV show is funny. I mean just like Jessica Simpson she FAKES the idiocy for ratings. She's smarter than she looks, we're just too dumb to beloieva ablonde wit nice boobs has a brain. But hey, I guess that's what society tells us right?

Plain and Simple - Her album rocks. All but two songs were incredibly done.

YOU GO PARIS

And MOST pop stars are controlled by their record companies and managers, not everyone has the freedom they so wish to portray. They only get away with what their labels say they can get away with. Either way, I'm buying this CD. And I don't care who says what about it.

I'm really surprised how solid her music is. I didn't hate "Stars are Blind" as much as much as I wanted to, or even at all, but I thought it was just a fluke and was expecting the album to be awful. But after listening to the album I really don't have any big complaints. Maybe I'm just thrilled that Paris didn't resort to producing angry white girl music that most people who make a record because they can tend to make.

Wow, I don't know what you all see in this album....but this "music" and her "singing voice" is as vapid and shallow as her. It's funny how this album was how I expected it to be...with her whispering "ooooh" "yeahhh" "that's hot" with some beat you would hear in music at a club. Lol. It's so lame how she tries to come off as sexy, but I think it comes off as hilarious. All this reminds me of that Samantha James character from that "Just Friends" movie.
