It's ridiculous that someone would think it was because her jewelry was choking her. lol. She performed Boy and Girls right before it perfectly fine. It's obvious that what happened was just that something got caught in her throat, probabaly from swallowing wrong.

i feel for her though, it shows how hard it is to be up there, even when your sick. And i mean, she could've lipsychned if she really needed to, but Ayu didn't. And she had to sing even with that choker on, though i thought it was totally adorable^^. If that was me up there, i would've turned around, told them to cut the music out so they could start it over, and then take the necklace off. And laugh then apologize.
