I don't have any links to post :/ There's such a lack of fansites, or ones updated like once a month.

Opinions on the new album?
The show was really awesome!! My friends and I had a great view of DeG, besides Die I wanted to see him the most, but that's okay...I got a few glimpses of him.

I hope you'll have fun at the Detroit show!

And that's so weird about lack of fansites....I thought DeG's popularity has gone up since? I keep googling for links but none up-to-date ones come up

I think the new album is okay; as someone mentioned above, there's a bit too much screaming...but oh well. The music is still good.

Glad to hear to the show was good! ^_^

Yeah, I don't really get it O_o; I've been relying on forums and LJ communities for any news and stuff.

I wasn't too thrilled with it on the first couple listens, but it's really growing on me

The Toronto show was GREAT, even though my back, arms and neck are sore. A lot of people got pushed around and there were people like me, who are short, that had a hard time seeing things, but eventually the tall ones let you go in front of them, which I found was nice. I didn't get to buy anything either.. But yeah. The place was quite dark (I don't know the correct English word >__<) and I was on Kyo's right. I didn't see much Shinya T__T

I didn't make a review because I suck at remembering things and I would lack the vocabulary.

I hope they'll come back for Canada~

Hope you'll have fun at the show paper_doll~!

I hope they'll come back to North America in general I really hope that maybe they can bring the a-knot Fan Club over here.

I keep hearing about how rough the crowd was in TO O_O; Scary. Glad you enjoyed the show ^_^ They're playing the videos for ASOM and Obscure, right? ~_~;

I would love to see them in Canada, but that's unrealistic for me :/ They're going back to Europe again, so, I'd say they'd come back. I'd like a-knot over here, too.

They played a couple of their PV clips in the background...think it really turned off a lot of parents who were there with their young teenagers....*shakes head* I personally think they should have been better about making the show more age appropriate instead of saying it's "general admission". Oh well...guess they'll know next time.

Here are some sites here that ya might be interested in. They seem to update more than most of them.

http://www.die-hard-fan.de/ <--best one in my opinion

http://egnirys.free.fr/

How was the detroit show? I couldn't go. Didn't have any money and my lovely sister gave me her cold. I heard it didn't sell out? meh I hope everyone had lotsa fun. I didn't really wanna leave the house in the first place because I would have to figure out which DDOT bus would take me there and its just too damn cold. Luckily its over with because it is some kind of ugly outside. This storm is packin on some heavy snow and wind. I don't know whether to sleep or pray its so damn cold.

Thanks for the links

They have warnings up at Ticketmaster about how parental discretion is advised for the younger goers. There was a warning going into St. Andrew's Hall about how they were for like mature audiences or something like that.

Sorry you couldn't go ~_~; It didn't sell out, but there was still a lot of people there. Waiting outside wasn't very fun though, my feet were numb and I was only out there from 6:00.

There's a report up at my LJ that I felt I needed to write so I could remember it all ._.: http://p4p3rd0ll.livejournal.com/57777.html#cutid1

Yay for updated links! Those sites are pretty good I've been searching for more recent scans of DeG, so thanks. ^^

Did anybody else notice that Dir en Grey is also in the 03/2007 issue of CD Data (the one with Ayu on it)? !! I think one of my friends in Japan is helping me buy the issue I'm excited!

Great review/report, paper_doll! Yeah...my friends and I decided not to be on the floor at the concert since we wanted to avoid mosh pits x_x; Was there a second floor at Detroit?

^ I'm assuming maybe DeG is featured on the back cover? Since the little circle said "Another Side cover".

I'll have to check out that magazine. Thanks for bringing it up ^_^

The people at the front of the line had blankets, so I'm sure they had been there for a loong time.

There was balconies on the sides, but they weren't very big from what I could see.

Thanks for sharing the links! Who took the pictures for the Yahoo! link? o_O Looks like someone either snuck in a camera or had a press pass.

These are so bright?!?

Chicago I see from the links. If this was taken without flash, I am going to freak because Toronto was crazily darker than in these pics. (LJ has some too, I'll find it..)

Thanks for the links~

Man, I feel like melting into a pool of jealousy over this girl's concert review. She got to meet the whole band! Gah...

^ This going to come out sounding a little wrong, but after reading that, I want to see that girl's pants. What a great experience that must have been.

Though I prefer their older music, I wish I could have caught Dir en grey while they were in Philly. Hope they come back to the states again.

Yeah, I'm curious to see her pants as well o_O Especially where Kaoru signed...

I'm hoping they'll come back to the States again, too! Maybe next time there will be a better chance in meeting them.
