Well I'm quite impressed with this song, the etnic feeling made me first think to vogue, but I must admit that this is a good song... And I actually saw Ayu walking in the streets of Shanghai^^

WOW.

That's all I could really say.

The arrangment is absolutely fantastic, and that's just from listening to crap quality file. I was hooked into the song right from the beginning. I was kinda worried that the verses and the chorus wouldn't blend well together after hearing the previews, but it's great! I'm so happy with this song right now. The single could just be this song, forget Days! =P (j/k)!

2008 has been a good year for Ayu songs.

I'm so in love with this song! The arrangement is beautiful and it gives me such a unique feeling! And this is going to be the first time I'll order something from the internet (oh god, my first jp single *-*)! Hurray! *super exited*

THIS. SONG. IS. AMAZING.

I've always always ALWAYS wanted Ayu to another oriental sounding song like Theme of A-Nation 03. And I've really been digging Alan's songs lately with their traditional instruments and arrangements, so for Ayu to use this style is just too awesome. And it's BEAUTIFUL and I can't wait to hear the HQ.

I'm back...

...and the verdict is:

IT'S ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! It's so melancholic and somber, but sincerely hopeful! It's so beautiful, I almost cried at the end with the ad lib...You can literally hear and feel Ayu through that part. Listening to it in the car had a TOTALLY different effect on me.

Also...this song does contain samples of that Chinese song someone posted up a while back. The solo guitar part specifically. This song is not a cover...it just samples it a little.

That's stretching it a little. Seems like you're just trying to find a way to make it sound like Ayu took stuff from that old Chinese song..

I'm not saying that she took it criminally. It's just an obvious sample to me, that's all..I can't help what my ears hear.

And even if Ayu did sample the song, it's not as if I or anyone else should have a problem with it. She's sampled songs before---or rather, totally remade them into her own. [Bold & Delicious] [rainy day] [ladies night]...All original songs that she remade into her own style from Sweetbox's original sucky ones...^_^' (Except [rainy day]...Sweetbox's version was kinda good, but not better than Ayu's).

The lyrics are still hers, and as long as she's being honest with her feelings within the song I don't care who originally made it. Of course, this is all SPECULATION.

Anywayzies, the song is STILL good and that's all that really matters.
