These covers are nice, much better than Days/GREEN or Mirrorcle World (even NEXT LEVEL), Ayu is photoshoped but minder than Days/GREEN, NEXT LEVEL and blablablah.

I just don't like the background and this "fanmade" atmosphere!

The pictures are too small to pass judgment on so quickly, but I'm not very fond of the colour scheme or Ayu's expression ... but I like how the Rule of Thirds was applied. It's a nice break from the center-aligned-subject covers of late.

i don't like the covers because she looks worse than what she is. she's sooo much prettier than that. I don't like those covers when she's just standing there. Her older covers had her lying down, face to the side, back towards you turning around, hands shielding face, lol. i think that "photographer guy" is responsible for her new "look".

the "look" is: a tiny bit of squint eye, sexy chihuahua teethy pout.

and wahhhh *cry* Ayu looks so different now

her trademark eyes are no longer trademark...

I happen to love the covers. So what if they are photo shopped. I haven't seen a picture of Ayu in YEARS that HASN'T been photo shopped. xD

they just suck. crappy photoshopping. the background looks very fake to me. yes she looks good. but thats all i can say about the picture.

the only summer cover i ever liked was H. and those were great!they weren't photoshopped for one thing.

about the photoshop thing... thats true... a lot af ayupics are photoshoped XD
but there is NICE protoshop to make look better and the HORRIBLE "looks so fake" photoshop ._.

For me: I seriously LOVE the covers. They are sunny and Ayumi's hair looks so beautiful! Kinda Shakira-like blahblah. But I seriously like these!

^ Not badly and overly photoshopped like these covers. That's the better way to put it. The H covers actually do look quite natural.

First off, truehapiness shouldn't generalize, and neither should kotora.

people have opinions, and unless you really CAN convince people that seeing things your way is the right way, then you shouldn't spout nonsense.

I feel bad looking at this, mainly because of how her very early covers look better.
Just take a look at unite! if you want over-photoshopping done right. She's clearly not natural, but it isn't so obvious at first glance. the sky looks like it's natural, and hell, even the sand! These covers.... the backgrounds look so flat and amateur that it really
is considered "horrid" because she had set up standards to which i think she can't live up to anymore.

My opinion is negative towards the single covers because they really SUCK! (and so does her "beloved" photographer). I used to hate summerish covers like "fairyland" and "BLUE BIRD" but after these... OMG, they're the best things in the world. She should fire Shimomura right now... he fails everytime he does something. My only hope rests on "Sunset" now... everything else is a big FAIL for me.

Let's put it this way. Out of all of the photo shoots and covers Ayu has done, there is always going to be a handful of people that don't like them. Can a single person change that? No.

They're called opinions for a reason.

At least the negative opinions have a reason this time, and people are actually stating why - the lack of effort into putting quality in the cover edition. It would be bad if people just were saying "they suck" just for the sake of saying it.

I'm usually one who's easily pleased when it comes to Ayu but this time I just can't find one good thing about the covers at all. They suck and that's it. On the plus side though - I've been playing Sunrise more than any of the songs on NEXT LEVEL =D
