And Ayu is not as popular as j-rock bands overseas. But if someone is really into j-music they should at least have listen about her.
It's like I don't listen j-rock or j-pop, besides Ayu, but I can recognize some artist and know many names of them.
If they only see anime, then they'll probably only know some opening/ending artist

In fact, the HDTV version of last year's a-nation was longer than the DVD one.

Yes they do, even for the TV broadcast. It's not like it isn't normal. Besides, cutting 1 song and 2/3 of a medley isn't a lot lol.
