^ Well, the backcover of my A BEST says only the first three songs had new vocal ands mixes... Maybe she resung it for the album...?

^its unlisted. I think it's because a song for xx, trust, and depend on you were given updated instrumentals and vocals. End roll was simply resung.It's pretty obvious if you compare the vocals on the A Single/Loveppears with the A best version. It was through a thread here that I found out it was rerecorded.

theres a very strange feeling watching the Who... video. To just see her now, singing a song that has been around for the past 16 years and the moments just connect. The transcendence of a song across time, yet still sung with the same genuine emotions and context, is really beautiful :')

You'll notice that the instrumentation is indeed remixed as well. It's apparent as soon as the vocals kick in - there's a much louder drum/cymbal hit there, and the drums & fills during the chorus are much louder. The song is far more dramatic on A BEST.

Boys & Girls is the one that has only one thing changed but not the other on A BEST - it has a new mix & added guitar work, but the vocals are the same.

After I read some of yours comments here, I decided to check the wiki out, and confirmed she re-recorded End Roll

The track "End Roll" was re-recorded by Hamasaki, and re-composed by Nagao.

And apparently Boys & Girls was re-composed as well

The tracks "Boys & Girls" was re-composed by Japanese musician Dai Nagao, whilst retaining Hamasaki's original vocals.

As far as wiki entries go, they could also be misinformed with some strange wording. All depends on who is in charge of editing the entries.
