Mostly yes, but every kind of lottery has SOME chance to get great seat. My experience with non-TA lottery was worst seats only. TA provided me with amazing seats.

Didn't she went to Cirque du Soleil show in Vegas?! I think the whole Cirque de Minuit came from this inspiration...

So many artists used the circus theme way before Britney and for show/escenography I'd say Ayu's concerts looks more like Christina's Back to Basics Tour but anyway, no more circus please I'd like to see We are the QUEENS performed live but not a whole show themed like it

When I saw her in Tokyo for ARENA TOUR 2010 ~ Rock'n'Roll Circus, this theme was refreshing, kind of new, I liked it but since then, it feel used again and again, I'm tired of it, I would like something really new for her, and us too!
