While I don't think she looks ugly or really all that creepy, she just doesn't look like, well, Ayu. Therein lies the problem for me.

It's not the eyes that look weird, it's more her mouth IMO... It looks like she in the original pic was not smiling, so they just pulled her lips up in both ends, to create a smile...

Back when the album was announced, way before the tracklist, all the flyers said: "Panasonic TVCM song" in place of the new song.. so.. yeah. It is.

Panasonic just sucks at retouching people. Like, REALLY sucks. Then again Koyuki comes out fine, it's just Ayu who looks oddly nightmarish at times. It makes me wonder if they use a real photo of her any more when they make the wallpapers.. or if they have an graphic artist draw Ayu..

I think part of the oddness comes from the placement of the camera. It looks like she either doesn't have a neck or has a really long neck.

Thanks for the info! I can't wait to see the CM/hear the new song! A rock song would be nice (though the wallpaper makes it look like it could be a ballad)
