well if there was a message in the pv, it sure could've been conveyed more creatively i'm sure. it really does look like a cheapish pv. wish the background had more colors besides blue. what's up with that anyways? is it supposed to convey a cold atmosphere?

For your information, namie wasn't the one who invented dance and coreography. Nor did she invent the "fake collar+tie" thing. what's next, she invented music and promotional videos?

This seriously cracked me up and has more than a vein of truth.

A load of artists have some music videos with choreography. Namie didn't invent the whole choreography concept, she just uses it a lot. And the whole fake collar thing is really fashionable right now, especially where I live. Ayu just took it up because she liked it.

i dont' think so. Artists have to have a balance of Mvs, some more laid back in meaning and other not. I think Ayu spent the same amount of time to think up the thoughts of each video, but the das a human being she prolly wanted to have reasonable budgets. If she figured that the concept doesn't need thousands of wated cash to make it good, then she prolly doesn't use much money. Some of the best mvs aren't all expensive, money doesn't make the video, the concept does.

I finally watched PV and I think :
It's all about Tomoya
In the beginning tie is black...it's him
later is coming green girl...she's touchin' Ayu and tie is green (maybe other boyfriend maybe just friend which changed her...i guess it's Shawn Yue)...green is part of Ayu now not black anymore...no more Tomoya...he's gone...
...later blue and pink
...purple....I don't know again... she is fighting but not winning because tie is get purple (why a fight?)
...in the end tie is black again...Tomoya is back but other colour behind of Ayu too...all colors are friends and black(Tomoya) much more close to her...much more close to her heart

To tell you the truth... I think (d)Lma is one of the best pvs this year. I don't need ayu spend lots of money making something that looks unpretty. Look at talkin' 2 myself. She went to Thailand to film this pv rite? Let's say the crews + dancers + flight tickets + renting the area + blah blah.. I don't really think it turned out to be a good pv. Also ayu looked so weird in that pv. On the other hand, she looked so wicked in (d)Lma. Honestly I didn't know the meaning of pv until I read this thread, but the color use and ayu's attitude makes up this pv so much.

well, some of you actually made my opinion about this PV crack a bit. I first thought "HUH?" when I watched it but by the end I came to love it. all the videos of GUILTY are rather dark, I don't like that much. So I'm happy there's some light bling-bling PV as well and I really, really love her hair.
and about the song, I ADORE it. it's my favourite from GUILTY. I always seem to flash on this kind of songs

OK, so I'm gonna give my best to interprete this PV and to, kinda, defend it

well, basically, the song is about Ayu not bearing the fact that somebody acts as if s/he understood her and cared about her, but actually doesn't and what's more, is dishonest. she'd rather have the truth and be hurt officially.
she walks this corridor in kind of a arrogant attitude, I see this often in people who have a problem and know about it but pretend to be strong and are kind of helpless. I'm not sure if this is implied, but it was my impression

I think the last phrase "don't leave me alone" refers to her still existing need of community, and in the end she looks quite lonely and doesn't move so I think this is proof. I can actually identify myself quite well with this xDDD when I tell someone to leave me alone when I'm sad, I'm still sad when s/he's gone, and I want him/her to come back. even if I've actually been hurt by that person, because I know I can forgive him/her, because I might have hurt the person as well.

a thought just came to my mind... This song might also be related to Ayu's career and people always telling her what's best for her, for her image, for her sales etc. The ties could so be the images or opinions about Ayu that people are easy to accept.

It could be that the PV and such are so vague just for one reason, so everyone could make their own interpretations. Link the lyrics to your own life, add in some attitude and such. I dunno, I like everyone's interpretation though.

She's walking alone, wanting so badly to have someone by her side, but doesn't wanna put up a weak front. People come into her life, and change her, then leave, and come back again. Isn't that always how life is, you have people who change your life, and then they leave. Sometimes they come back again, sometimes they don't.

I rekon the tie represents the changes in Ayu's personality towards different people. She wants someone to relate to, but finds herself alone in the end.
