Regarding the issue about the downloads section, what if we just send it as being from various international fan forums instead of just AHS? Even though AHS is responsible for the planning/organization of the project, if no specific forum is mentioned, nobody gets busted.

^ I agree. Try not to advertise AHS too much for Avex. Would be sad to see this place shutdown at worst even if the meaning with this is only good

OK so I should send my handwritten letter to Draggi since he lives in Germany and I live in Poland. Can I send you a letter Draggi?? But first of all I need to mail you on that email you gave somewhere in this thread, yes??

I'm a little bit confused since there are lots of new ideas coming from everywhere.

One more thing, should I write in my native language???

i will be happy to get as muih letters as i can to send them away to japan..

i will burn them or whatever..
everything will be fine if we all work together..

Maybe there's some people who want to send a message through video lol. That would be just...wow. They can do whatever, sing a bit of a song for her, show off their ayu stuff, have friends and do something cute for her, possibilities are endless. If anybody is interested in this, all you have to do is send the videos (should be no longer than 5 min, and no bigger than 20mb) and the person who wants to be in charge of this would arrange them all in a video editor and save to a cd (or cds) and they can edit them with some input from us and throw what they have up so far on youtube or something. But when it's finalized, we can include that cd with the scrapbook. I don't think there will be a great deal of people doing this, so it should be manageable.
a video would be freaky....she's more of a reading and writing person, watching a video of her fans saying "i love you" or "ganbatte" would be weird o_O

Even though Draggi said English, I think it would be more creative and awesome if you wrote in your original language. Honestly, even though she probably can't read it, it's definitely the thought that counts. (Unless you absolutely want to write in English.)

They can send things through e-mail or snail mail and we'll take them, split them up, and work with those. Us volunteers can get together online or e-mail eachother if we're not all available to discuss how much we'll split up the emailed stuff and depending on who's cool with it, we'll accept mail through post offices for those who want to send that way. For ex. One volunteer lives in Germany, so people who live in a country close to Germany or in Germany can snail mail them their letter that way. That way it won't take so long with someone from like Canada sending their stuff to Australia.

This will give us an idea of what we need to address, and how smoothly we can make it work. Then if all goes well and the turnout is good and us volunteers are comfortable with the workload, then we post pics and progress reports to other communities and tell them if they're interested they can join the project as well.
Actually...that's a great idea. XD Instead of splitting it up by forums, we should definitely do it by country. (Like you said, people who live close to or in Germany should send their letters to the volunteer(s) there.) That would definitely create less of a hassle, having to send your letter from Australia to Canada. XD (Or vise versa.)

Should I go ahead and change that on the first post? (Say who the volunteers are and where they live?) Of course, e-mails can be sent to anyone at this point...

And, yes, dayumi, we are writing letters to Ayumi. ^__^

I mean, if we CAN'T find someone in Japan, I know a way we can contact TeamAyu (in which they'll respond back quickly). All we need is someone who can read and write Japanese.

^ I do!! I don't know if e-mailing the scrapbook to the TA address would mean Ayu would receive it, though. That's why someone with Japanese reading / writing skills would have to fill out the inquiry form at the site, to make sure that is the only way we can reach Ayu.

Hi... I'd like to participate in this, but I don't know if I'd be able to do a handwritten one. Could I do an email with a message written on a picture or something?

Wow, you guys really planned this out, and like I said before... I'd love to participate.

One suggestion though, if possible, someone should definitely call Avex (Mr. Kaz, maybe?) and see exactly how we can do this. That way, it could almost be sure that she'll get it.

Good job guys

^ I tried looking up ways to contact Avex last night (on both it's Japan and International site), but I couldn't find anything. I did find a phone number, an address, and an inquiry / comment box for TeamAyu, and I know someone has found the address to contact Mr. Kaz (via TeamAyu).

I've brought this up a few times, but the only thing about this idea is that we need someone who is fluent with the Japanese language. I don't think we could call up TA or Avex and start speaking in English. XD

^ We should really sticky this thread...or contact one of those people in the "LET'S SPEAK JAPANESE!" thread. They all speak Japanese...and write it...haha.
