Well since there's already a thread for this tour I decided it's better to post here. I watched the finale in Taipei. I must admit this tour is quite different from AT07 or AT06. It has a raw feeling to it and it's more depressing in certain aspects. Apart from the pink outfit performances, the theme is always dark and dreary.
I thought Depend on you and Fly High were going to be bad and chaotic but they were good. They really made Doy look funny and enjoyable  I think the quality of AT05 till AT08 is quite high, raising the standards of the fans to a really high level. So although there's a lot of work involved within AT08, you can't say there are much improvements. I was really impressed with the video clips - they are really cinematic and quite well made. It's nice that we got to see the Japan version and the Asia version. There are slight differences which make it quite interesting. I'm curious to know about the backup dancers/singers "in my name's women". Were they in AT05 too? I like how they can dance and they don't overpower her vocals like a certain backing vocals couple do...

ook so the DVD version is REALLY good. i only saw disc 1 but i loved it. i loved how 'rock' she made a song for XX be, (don't) Leave me alone was just amazing. my only complaint would be her vocals in Depend on you. they were kind of weird. but she looked so cute lol. my name's WOMEN was so HOT. i
 her outfit, she looked so awesome and sexy.  HANABI was so emotional for her. i almost cried.  but a very good vocal performance. i loved it. End roll was a bit too screamy but overall it was good. i didn't really care for her outfit in SURREAL～evolution～SURREAL lol. too shiny. Mirrorcle World was awesome, i loved the ship and everything.

I didnt really like her voice in the cute section~
Except Fly high chorus sounds really good!!!~ And I dont like her voice in Ballad section.. A bit to screaming, not really singing.. but it's because the song key is too low for her. But it's a good visual show. I really loved Mirrorcle World~ But you could really tell she was kind of sick during this performance. AND OHHHHH The dont leave me alone pre-video. I was so scared!!!! it was so professional, like a movie. And I got so scared, and yelling at the screen "Run Ayu!!!!" I think it was realllllly well done, and I gotta say, I think the best pre-video ever. I downloaded the concert yesterday and I've already seen it 2 or 3 times. I think that AT08 is one of the best concerts that she has do in her 10 years in music.
Music Videos were extremely GREAT! *O* They seemed real films... (Don't) Leave Me Alone video is the best video in a concert ever definetely... It's just AMAZING. It's a pity that the cameras were filming the musicians almost all time... About Depend Of You, at the start of the song, she was a bit out of tune... But the performance was so funny! ^^ A Song for XX was good too, but I prefer Is this LOVE? (I think).

couldnt been better I think. i dont have the DVD yet, but so far it looks awesome! seems like ayu is really getting into ROCK now LOL it suits her now shes older than bfore i guess, she isnt that little pop evolution girl anymore, thing that makes me sad and happy at the same time xD
her vocals were pretty ok... even that they fixed them A LOT in the DVD. i love her outfits, her hair, her makeup I'm sure that Asia will miss her this year!!!

I love the dvd version <3 My only complaint would be that Ayu needs to realize that the dramatic acting before HANABI just looks ridiculous >.> The ''oh my gawd where did my lover go!?''-act is getting old...
Her acting in (don't) Leave me alone was very good though imo ^-^

The reason the Depend On you vocals are weird is because she is copying off the way her voice sounded on her first album Song for XX.
For the pople that have the DVD (hopefully it'll be here soon) it seems like they ddn't reproduce her vocals majorly(it sounded very natural) from the clips and cms, is it like that on the DVD.

I agree with maikaru! The (don't) Leave me alone video was so EPIC! I really liked that one! I've only downloaded (don't) Leave me alone and I'll wait until the DVD comes to my country, before I buy it. It really sounds like an awesome concert!

This asia tour is definitely better than 2007. The only thing I don't like though is the cute performances and HANABI/end roll's hairstyle. I love a song of xx, dlma, marionette, and mw's performances the best. MC was funny too.
Oh the screens are very well done. dlma and marionette's screens are the best! Who...was  ...I was crying...T____THK MC was funny coz ayu went straight to MC without singing dearest and voyage...lol. The last 2 japan leg Zin part was funny too. The remote truck and him coming down from above. =D I do wish they show backstage stuff but they didn't =(

OMG I've finally downloaded the Disc 1 (it'll just stop at that, I swear.) and wow... I'm blown away!
It was really her GREATEST concert, and my heart had this very fuzzy and warm feeling, in every song she sang, in ever performance that she gave for this concert. It was really very nice. Depend on you was just AWESOME. It was really very comical, and I was laughing throughout the whole song. Her vocals though... oh well it sounded like Mickey Mouse on helium but hey, it's not that BAD *unlike... -cough-...* The rest of the concert was just plain fantastic. I don't know what to say now... I'm really just amazed! And I can see why she likes to perform Mirrorcle World so much. It's full of life and energy... truely amazing. And the ship? OMG MAN. That was like some masterpiece or something! My only complaints... is her dress and wig in HANABI/End roll and everything in SURREAL~evolution. The dress is eew and it makes her look fat and the wig... gross. SURREAL ~ evolution was just plain bad. I know she has a flu, but it seems like even the editing was badly done. There were a lot of moments where you couldn't hear very clearly... And hmm I feel really sad for SURREAL~evolution cos if she didn't have the flu, the whole concert would have been epic. I know she'd feel kind of upset over this as well, but well yeah, it was bad. For better vocals in these 2 songs... PCDL is definitely the one. Also, anyone who said evolution in ANY performance was lip synced should be shot. It's so OBVIOUS from this concert that she DOESN'T lip sync evolution, at all. Her vocals were flu-influenced, and the song sounded flu-influenced. Over all, this is definitely her best concert in terms of visual effects. The intro movies were OMGFANTASTIC (seriously!) and everything was great! Ayu gave her all in her vocals too, so I wouldn't mind that too much if I were anyone here. I hope everyone who can afford the DVD to buy this and watch... it's truly amazing.

I love this concert !
opening 's quite good ! i love that they change Is this love ? to ASFXX About DPOY 's performance , i think it's Honey 2 ! OMG ! she's too cute with this costume but i still love her vocal she sang in A Museum I expected to watch End Roll so much , but all about it 're quite dissapointing , her costume, vocal, wig 're horrible , this's same with Hanabi but at least her vocal in Hanabi 's acceptable Like everyone in AHS , i agree that DLMA and Marionette 're awesome , i think they're all one of her best pers to date Mirrorcle world 's quite good . Overall , i'm satisfied with this concert .

maybe they want to make it sound natural too? coz 70% of her fans knew her condition were bad and she even told the press that she was not feeling well.
if the dvd turn out with 'too good' vocals, we might have nightmares of 'Ayumi Hamasaki Lip-syching In Concert! Vocals Too Good To Be True' reports in newspapers and tabloids
