So... they blame ayu for wishing to move to her best friend's apartment (how do they know it?) while her best friend mika is connected to drugs activities in her place while mika rented an apartment?

How does mika is still free then? (if it would be true).
Don't tell me that after all these things they say about mika she is not in jail yet (which makes one wonder if it's true at all). x_x

and Why do they always shove ayu in the most wierd places?
She was relevant but not to blame eventually in the Shibuya issue but this one is funny

she doesn't need to be the second coming of whitney houston to take drugs once in a while.

I don't think she's deeply involved in it. she couldn't do her immense schedule with that sort of thing going on behind the scenes all the time. though drugs are indeed pretty common in the showbiz and it's strange that she seems to have rented her apartment (when I got the gist?) to these people.

^thank you, that's much clearer than the translation on the first page.

hm, it's still a bit strange if she's indeed 'close' to that friend.

Thank you for translation SunshineSlayer

I don't believe that Ayu has anything that can connect her with drugs.

^ Well, even if Ayu herself doesn't do drugs, she would still be considered guilty by association if in fact she knew that Mika was somehow involved with drugs. Drugs really are treated extremely seriously in Japan. Its differen't than in the US where it is like "well most celebrities don't do drugs, so it's not really a big deal." Whereas in Japan, even if every celebrity in the country did drugs, it would still be considered a big deal.

Never trust an overseas tabloid. :\
technically it's a local tabloid (ayu is japanese)

Because they all have to be investigated first? Including Mika John...which is why she's not in jail...

And you know...it's not odd for them to investigate Ayu, either. They may not even be investigating her, as much as trying to fit all the pieces together, and if she has information for them etc. We need them to investigate her anyway, to prove that she isn't doing anything illegal.

I dont think we really have any cause to be worried until they like actually find drugs on Ayu or in her house or something.

thank you Sunshine for clearing that up

Thanks sunshineslayer~

Oh ayu, you and your way with the police lol.

Hope this isn't that big, - meaning ayu isn't involved in any ways and she isn't affected. This year seems like a bad year with the tabloids/law enforcement agency/Kazu etc

I wonder why the police in America is so stupid and slow on drugs. Like I know like most college students who does weed, but my neighbor got caught with by the police a few times and he just got away with it with a warning, like seriously injustice? :/

Thanks for the summary/Translation SunshineSlayer ^^ but, I actually finds the case worse now. I remember the pictures that leaked out a few months ago, where Mika Noghuchi "somehow" was present at a party were people used drugs, together with some of the models in Peach John. That time, no one took the matter seriously. (Only discussions at 2ch)

I'll See if I can find the pictures.

Ah I don't even know what to say really lol While I honestly don't believe Ayu is using drugs, I think that those tabloids only used her name and the fact she's friends with Mika to get people's attention regarding the whole thing. I am really glad Japan is strict on those things and if there is a reason she should be investigated then by all means she should be and that doesn't need to be a bad thing.

Aside from the H1N1 flu, Japan has been rocked with all news related to the recent drug scandals, especially that of Sakai Noriko. (P.S. To the doubters, all the tabloid news STARTED with Japanese sources. These are Japanese celebrities after all)

Just to echo SunshineSlayer's comment a couple pages back, everything you guys are saying about Ayu (why would she need drugs; she would never do drugs; etc) are things that fans of Noriko said before the confession of drug use. I would say Sakai had a cleaner image than Ayu (at least before her marriage.)

While I hope Ayu is smarter than to be involved directly in this, she is only one of dozens of celebrities being suspected of having ties with these drug parties. I think part of the reason she's been named prominently is to bring even more attention to the cases. Japan has a tendency to make these things an even bigger deal (read: even more humiliating) in order to try to dissuade others from making illegal decisions.

Thank you for the translation SunshineSlayer. We really appreciate it. ^^,)
Well..I'm still quite shocked about the news..I don't think Ms. Hamasaki is doing drugs and that's really impossible. Perhaps, unexpected incidents like these happen in every artist's life so I guess Ayu's time has come...I just wish Ayu isn't that deeply involved and I hope the case gets resolved soon. -sigh-

i kind of agree with u~
as fans, we will always think that Ayu is innocent..but we REALLY never know she uses or not use.. so yeah, we all just have to believe as for now, that Ayu doesn't do drugs until she reveals herself or being caught guilty... for now, we have to believe in her

I seriously hope it turns out Ayu isn't involved with this and drugs at all. Not because it would make Japan like her less or she'd get a jail sentence, but because one of the things why I respect her so much is that she seems like a person who could always say no to (illegal) drugs.
