i was wondering if we would even notice alan if she didn't have her tibetan wails....i noticed alan because of music, then the wails, what about you guys?

^Well yeah...she's still a great singer...like theres not really any wails in tsuki ga watashi and Liberty and they're 2 of my favorite songs by her

I love her singing voice combined with the beautiful music. I love how high she goes in Ashita e no Sanka, without missing a note.

Oh yeah...well...ashita e no sanka was the first song from her I heard....kinda hard to not notice the wails in that song to be honest . I guess the wails just struck me as really unique...like who does that? @_@

^ yeah that's what I'm talking about~ It's unique! in Jpop, but alan is probably average in tibetan music XD

edit: ok remember when I used to be freaked out by how many older men are watching my alan videos @_@ I still am

40% of my videos are being watched by men/women 45-54 years old (and the men dominate 30% of that 40%)
I didn't even know people this old know how to use the internet

I know...I'm surprised @_@...unless all the people lie about their age~ Though I'm happy that middle aged people like alan...I would still want her to have younger fans XD I mean she should try to appeal to all age groups

Actually I first acknowledged alan when I saw that her thread was always near the top of this forum I was like....well....I'm already addicted to ayu....do I really want to be....and then then I fell for the trap x_x

its my first post in alans section. i love her music, its very...one in a million. altho i dont own any of her works (would like to). the pics posted are sooo pretty. shes really not 'shy' in her photoshoots anymore, i love the new ' i know i look good' pics hehe
