Okay I skipped a few performances of the Past<FUTURE tour but I am finally done with the entire concert and I regret skipping them. Anyone else love the ROCK U performance? I never really checked out the song prior since it was tied in to a COD Black Ops trailer and well...I won't get into my opinion on COD
 . But DAYUM, what an awesome performance

^It's older than that. Rock U is from 2009 (It came out almost a year before Past<Future). Which is why when I first saw the trailer I was like "wow, they're using an old song.". Of course 2009 isn't "old", but usually trailers tend to use brand new/just released songs. It'd be like seeing a tv trailer aire today using the song Next Level. lol You wouldn't expect commercials to use a "not so new" song. [/rambling]

Lol I saw it once but I was distracted. Good song for the 30 seconds but the entire time I was like "how does this work for a modern shooter game?"
I didnt know that about ROCK U, was it a single during 2009?

^Not a single. It was released on an album called "trax" by a group called "ravex". It was release in april of '09, while p<f was released in december of '09.

I think ROCK U was one of the best, if not the best, along with WANT ME WANT ME in the tour..
and i totally get her expressionless face now hahaha... (i feel kinda bad but sometimes I look at Namie's dancers more than Namie herself. Sometimes their moves have more oomph :x) |
