Do you klnow who Crystal Kay is? She was pretty well known back then and she could only sell 396 copies of her last single.

If you don't have a good promotion machine behind you, you're likely to sell crap, and Maro even has to deal with the bad press, so... yeah.

Even if the song is bad, his voice isn't that unbearable. Reminds me of Miyavi's, tbh (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BNQHbAYY6hQ).

Man that's nuts, I can't even believe that she sold under 400 copies. She really was huge at one time....and it wasn't that long ago!

This topic is old, but everytime I read the title I burst out laughing! It's like, Ayu is so amazing that in the wake of her relationships the other person is left shivering and homeless and so devastated that they take up grass eating! lol

Maro releases an album called FAKE, look at the very bottom, I'm not understanding everything but he's got several editions of the album, like CD+DVD for 3,500yen but also some editions for 100,000 and even 200,000 yen!!!!!!! I don't know if I'm reading the page wrong, but it says below the goal that there are 3 supporters, but below the 200k mark it says 4 supporters (and there is 1 supporter on 2 other marks...). And apparently, these people have donated a total of 410k yen!?
Even if that's somehow right, this just feels wrong...
