I think that Mariya'll be the kind of singer I prefer to listen to in live. The studio version of BELIEVE sounds so flat while it is full of emotion when she is singing it in live. What Your Love is good. It has a 70s and 80s vibe that I like.

I didn't expect that her cover of Cutie Honey'll be so electro. Not a fan of it.

新曲「Keep It Up」が日本テレビ系で中継される女子駅伝「第34回全日本大学女子駅伝」、女子マラソン「第2回さいたま 国際マラソン」の応援ソングに決定！

「Keep It Up」は、西内自ら同年代の女性ランナーを取材して作詞した楽曲で、10月30日(日)の「第34回全日本 大学女子駅伝」と、11月13日(日)の「第2回さいたま国際マラソン」で使用されます。

今回の応援ソング「Keep It Up」は、「その調子で頑張って！」という意味です。

大会に出てくる選手達は、それまでに相当な辛く厳しい練習を続けてきたと思います。

私もこの世界に入る前はバドミントンに打ち込んでいたので、同じスポーツをやっていた者として、単純に「頑 張って！」というよりは、「あれだけ練習してきたんだから、大丈夫！いいよ！その調子！」という選手のそば に寄り添う気持ちで作詞させていただきました。私自身も自分を元気づける時に自然と口ずさむような曲に仕上 がったので、この歌で選手の皆さんの背中を押せるようになればいいなと思っています。

そしてこの曲が、夢に向かって頑張っている全ての人達の応援ソングとなれば嬉しいです。

The song is good. Welcome back in the early 2000s.
I like the CD+DVD cover. Her expression is bad on the cd only. They should have to used this unflattering angle shot. The text is amazing.

I wonder what's their plan for Keep it Up as it isn't in the single.

I really like Motion. Hopefully this is the new direction for her music. The mv, covers and the sound, all work so well together. I also like the CD DVD more.

I told a friend of mine that this is pure mid 2000's kpop passing off as jpop haha I loved it (even though mid 00's jpop also sounded like this... ;P) I didn't know her and I really liked her voice, hopefully this is not a standalone in her career and that's the new direction <3
