Maybe it was in terms of lyric content?
Its been some time since I listened to them... maybe a back to back comparison?

I think it was in terms of experimentation
And they weren't saying it as a direct recreation, just in terms of how they felt about the feeling of the albums as a whole

Compared to A ONE, sixxxxxx is a much "fresher" sound (you don't need to agree, this was their opinion) and then MIJ was darker and more reflective on reality

A ONE as very 'safe' which is similar to how ASFXX was for a '90s' album.

Sixxxxxx is much "fresher" because of Sayonara. But A ONE-sixxxxxx-MIJ to me are very similar and safe (I should add there also LOVE again). Lyrically they are different.

I am surprised that arama didn't shade Ayu this time...
I am also surprised that they made an overall, decent post.
It is actually informative.

Not too long ago The Japan Times shaded her though with something like "an artist who has seen much better times" while mentioning the whole AWA thing again etc..

I never thought about it, but that's actually a great comparison. None of those albums are masterpieces, but they both have really good songs and they're definitely on the "safer" side.

I think the only thing that makes ASFXX stand out a little more than A ONE is its title track. In my humble opinion, it's a masterpiece. It's so beautiful, powerful, painful, and I can relate to absolutely every single letter of those lyrics. That song is... truly special.

What AWA thing?

Anyway, did Ayu say somewhere that she was working on new music? In her twitter post announcing the most recent publishing of the TeamAyu blog entry a TA fan I follow on twitter commented and part of the comment from what I gathered referenced a mention of composing works and that if that's the case we should see something by Summer time (which in Japanese minds tends to be late July/August). I'm not sure if she mentioned it in the LINE stream or of it is mentioned in that blog posting. It was really long so I was just skimming and reading different sections of it and nothing that I skimmed eluded to new works being composed but it could have been in there somewhere in a section that I skipped.

Releasing MIJ on AWA first.
The parts of the post that have been translated (from what I know the important ones only) don't include anything about new material.

I keep forgetting AWA, because most of the time what I hear in terms of streaming is Spotify...

I read the whole thing and I have no idea were people got that from. She was only talking about the whole "issue" of her being too "fat" and her thoughts on it.

She said something like 'at home she immerses herself in songwriting' so... maybe she is doing something? There is a specific line that says 'compose' with regard to songwriting but it's not brought up again.

^yeah but I didn't interpret it as composing as in "I write new music and there is a CREA composition on it's way" like people are speculating now. She wrote that a thousand times before and I think what she means by "composing" is more or less just listening to demos and writing lyrics.
I read some comments where people said that it must be a new CREA song and that we will get a new release soon and the way they phrased it sounded as if Ayu hinted at that in any way, when all she was basically saying with this line was "I'm busy and stressed out from all the work".

But the fact that ayu composing something means that she doesn't have anything ready and will not drop it on anniversary day
