^ the MONTH, not the day or week! Theres no real competition on the 25th, Utada is releasing almost 2 weeks earlier for example

So like I said, it all depends on how Oricon is planning to handling Dreams Come True's sales since it is actually coming out midweek March 21st, while Ayu's is coming out March 25th. btw I based my post on the fact that Mirrorcle World only had 1 extra day, plus we all know that Oricon always counts one extra day for old releases during their 2nd week on charts.

Well GUILTY already got that #2 so if NEXT LEVEL wont hit #1 I wont be too sad. I still think this album are gonna be great anyway. ^^

And hopefully (according to NIKI chart) sell alot too.

Aaaah, Hikki's not releasing on the same week as Ayu.
This gives me slightly more hope, heh.
I'd like her to get number 1. With the material we already have from NEXT LEVEL, I'd say it deserves it.

We'll just have to see how they place Utada's album. since its on the 14th...THEN we'll noe how they gonna place DCT's album.

anyway, I always think the longer the album is on charts, their sales will fall until the next week...

now her#1 streak went so i don't care about her position as long as her sales 're ok ! i'll be very happy ( but if she can take #1 spot on the second week like A BEST .. it's also good )

it would be unfair if oricon counts te last 3 o 4 days in NL's week!! ¬¬ no way...

and really... i think that for avex is more important the #1 than if her sales areimpresive... i mean... of course is also improtant... but is more visual to say "this artist has -- #1 i all her career..."

let's wait and see how it'll go ^^

I really don't care if NL didn't reach #1 as long as the Album sells very well.
Since we are recovered from horrendous GUILTY's crash to her #1 album streak, im confident this album will gonna sell well.

If it turns to be #1, well, im happy for her.

Yeah it doesn't matter whether it gets #1 or not since GUILTY already broke her streak so who cares lol.

I'm surprised that Utada's index and Ayu's index are so close together. I mean, usually people say stuff that Utada is strong in Album, but it turns out the index were not so different, only around 7 points apart with Utada's still winning (as expected). But I thought with all the sayings that goes around, I think Utada's index should be much higher than Ayu's. Is Utada losing her popularity? But, anyway it IS a good thing that they are releasing in different weeks, so they both equally have chance to get #1.

The streak for albums doesn't really count. If she gets a #1, she'll still have 9 #1 Original Albums. (That's pretty amazing!)

I think NINKI's max index is 400 (kinda logical, they survey 400 people from ~69000 oricon members). So anything above 350 is very high indeed.

And dun forget, NINKI is just an indication of how much desire the people want to buy that particular album. It isn't necessarily equal to the sales. Also, they only randomly pick 100 people from each generation (10s, 20s, 30s, and 40s), and within each generation the ratio of male:female is 1:1. It's just a lucky draw to me. If it happens that 400 lucky winners are ALL ayu hardcore fans, then ayu may have a NINKI index 400 in the end.. (well btw the probability for that should be pretty low). But does that mean ayu will get over million sales because getting 400? I dun think so..

wow NINKI is so tricky cuz its just interest :S ~! Lol! It doesn't mean the people like the album x_x ~! I think this is what makes ninki so unpredictable lol!

For the 2 weeks thing, I'm surprised people are doubting hikki's selling powers o_o! If I'm not mistakened wasn't 2004 like the BIGGEST drop in terms album sales for both artists? Ayu did drop by like almost 1/2 that year too comparing Rainbow to My Story. I dunno I'm pretty sure Ayu will get number 1 either way but I mean you guys shouldn't doubt hikki. she's so crazy LOL : P

I'm actually more interesting in next level now that i heard curtain call. It was actually very good

~! I already think this album is better than GUILTY. : ) ~! I just am iffy about her latest single, GREEN, and Mirrorcle world x_x ~! if they rest of the album tracks wow me then I'll definitely buy the album : ) ~!
