Lol, that's the HK press right? Because if it is, then the Taiwan press is sooooooooo much better. I'll take screenshots later.

-EDIT-

Taken! Pics under the spoiler.

Spoiler:

Lol, saved on paint, therefore the quality. But by just comparing the subtitles, Taiwan press is so much better. I guess that's why the Hong Kong press has such a bad quality. The subtitles are taking up too much space, compared to the Taiwan press, which are smaller, and looks better.

Just fyi, Taiwan version's printing quality is very close to that of the Japan version as compared to the Hong Kong version. And of course, the subs. Lol. Of course you can't see it because you didn't compare the actual physical stuff too.

i see.i think i misread your post jiarongisme...i didn't read the word 'sub'...sorry...ya...the subs for the TW is way much better than HK.but since HK version can be turned off,i think its not a problem to me..since i don't need it :p
i just need the subtitle for the MC part.but of course i'll be happy if they got the smaller and nicer fonts for subtitle....lol
but based on the video quality,i don't really like the TW version.hopefully the video quality for TW version will be similar to HK version.

You don't? I watched most of her concerts at least 5 times! Especially my faves, AT05, CDL04-05 and A Museum.

I think some people have said that the HK version have the subs stuck whereas the Taiwan version is working on the option of switching it off?

Taiwan press's copies can now be switched on and off. avex Taiwan created a new batch. I'm sticking with my current on though. It works awesome on my DVD player. Not the computer. But I always watch my DVDs on my DVD player so it's okay.

Omg! Great....that's amazing news!

..i wonder if avex HK and TW are just banging their hand on the desk right now...aren't they losing money since they have to make two different batches?

^ Once again, you've misread my message. I said I'm sticking with my current one, which is the oh-so-hated hard subbed version. And avex Taiwan has already updated on their website saying that they will create a new batch no?

^ But it still doesn't defeat the fact that you misread my sentence yes? I said I was sticking to my current one and you asked "you got your copy already?" which I think refers to the newer version because of your sentence structure.

And yes, avex Taiwan has already announced that they will make a newer batch with the option to switch off the subtitles.

http://www.ahsforum.com/forum/showth...40#post1971440

And does it really matter if they announced when and where? Because YA didn't announce when and where it would be sold anyways. Yes I made a mistake in saying that avex Taiwan has already made the newer batch but the point is that you said that I received my copy of the newer version.

No. There is NO difference, quality wise, between the Japanese version of the DVD and the various overseas versions. NONE.

The subtitles seem to be the first difference I've ever seen. But the booklet, the actual DVD and its quality are EXACTLY THE SAME. The HK version is not inferior in any way.

It annoys me when people keep insisting there are these mystical differences they've never seen for themselves.

^ Lol, seriously? There IS a difference in Taiwan press and Hong Kong press. Okay, video quality, maybe no. Printing quality, definitely. Just compare the Taiwan version of A COMPLETE and the Hong Kong version's. There is a difference in terms of printing quality. Sound and video quality is the same though.

And yes, I've seen these differences for my self. Since you've said any OS presses, the Singapore press of A COMPLETE suck really badly. The printing itself has too much hue compared to the Japanese version.

What do you mean by "printing quality?" The booklet?
