Found out how it works.
Very easy, download this software : http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA022773/ay825.htm
after download the cap in the first post
click and drag the picture in the software and the DL list will appear

The DL link is actually hidden in the cap in the first post!

Why don't we spread the links around, and then have everyone reup the parts they take to a more friendly server that doesn't have DL limits?

@GRACE: you're welcome to spread the links as you wish, but I do know that KMC is really private with their files being hotlinked on other sites, and AHS has been sympathetic to this aim, so, I suggest PMs

@Coelacanth: put it in the tab that has one square...just drag it in, and it'll put the DL list in the folder.

I'm starting four. I miss the days when MU was broken and just let you download, I wonder if it's messed up again and isn't enforcing the limit? We'll see.
