Any Tales fans want to shed light on how far along in the development process the games are usually announced? Is this something we can expect early next year (meaning the possibility of a recut or new 51st single) or a Square-Enix-style, six-year hype machine? (new [or recut, I guess] 70th single)?

They said the game is 60% done and it will most likely get a Japanese release date in 2011. A recut would flop badly.

For some reason, I'm thinking something along the lines of BLUE BIRD. I hoping it's a rock track or an epic string heavy ballad though.

but if the game is 60% finished... i think that will be release on the summer,i hope that the new single will be release on the summer because is so much products; new remix album,arena tour 2010,countdown live 10-11,this new single...

honestly, it's up in the air. It could be something like be your wings from Girl next door, Mamoritai from BoA, or Karma from Bump of Chicken.

My bet, it's gonna be a summer single, after the BEST that we're gonna get in March. why a BEST, well, there's plenty of single, it's A BEST 10th anniversary, fresh of the 50th single, so I think there will be a BEST.

I hope not. We don't need another best of, and it hasn't really been that long since A COMPLETE. It's too early to celebrate anything tbh. If the song's being written for the game like some of the old songs were I doubt it'll be a happy summer song.

I agree maybe a small small break would do her sales good, like a release in like april/may those times a summer single perhaps or a bit earlier. it will help sales, and she will be able to promote it more and it seem that around those times Xilia might be released or a bit later so i think it fits

I agree perhaps april even ;p that way we could get any kind of single, because if its in the summer its 99% sure a summer happy song ;p i want a rock single! but i got plenty of intense rock from Love songs so ill be ok if its not but rock would fit a video game themesong!
