I don't see problem as the old XXX is a Soulhead song. Kuu doesn't have one. And if it would be a cover, they surely would have announced it as one.

I consider D.D.D. to be Kuu's and XXX to be SOULHEAD's (and I actually never listen to XXX, because I think D.D.D. is much better), so I personally don't see any problem with she releasing a song called XXX now

Kuu is somewhat like Kana Nishino with the B-Sides (namely, they're almost always perfections like Say Her Name or Black Candy) so I just can't wait for XXX!!

I'm kinda the same way. However, since she included it on Out Works & Collaboration Best, I sorta consider it part of her discog now.

I believe the new XXX will definitely be different.

Compilation albums can include songs from various artists who have never worked together, like the trance/R&B albums gyaru are obsessed with. Obviously Kuu and Avex feel the same, since this song title is happening.

The arrangement for the album version of So Nice should also have been the tour one, it fit the album theme much better and also sounds a bit eargasmic. I also think there should have been one or two songs on JAPONESQUE arranged like D.D.D. was.

Seems like she'll be going for that gangsta-urban look also for this single... I guess she has never been into a style that much before lol Wondering if she'll push this til the album as well. If so, I'd love to see another Hot Stuff like song damn
