Who even said Jolin copied Ayu by singing 'Boys & Girls'?

^ Yeah she also sang Haru yo Koi at a show too. And Memorial Address was actually a cover song too. So don't make a fuss out of it. Artists do it all the time. And I'm sure Ayu was credited.

the expressions of surprise (and maybe even terror i dunnO) for actually knowing she sang Boys & Girls didn't sound like the usual surprise you would get if people knew someone covered a song (the usual reply would be "she did? didn't know that" or "wonder how it sounds" are a few examples. It sounded way a lot more like "Argh she even copied an ayu song". I'm sorry but the way the replies were done sounded much more like what I'm mentioning, I might be completely wrong but I can't think of them being something else. But there was only 2 replies to that.

My reply was more like "OMG. Single cover, PV concept, clothing, accessoiries, concert costumes. And now she performes an Ayu song? This woman needs a new idol for real. Seriously."

I was not directing at the answers alone I was directing at the contest of how the whole situation was chained starting by the first affirmative about it not being accepted the fact if Jolin actually got to sing an ayu song.

and to those who ask, yes, yes I do care. It effects me so much I can't even sleep because I"m afraid that Jolin is going to eat Ayu's soul in some way, shape or form. IT CONSUMES MY LIFE.

I am very curious to listen to Jolin singing Boys & Girls. It's not very common for non-Japanese artists singing Ayu songs. I only know of Shino's cantonese cover of Ayu's End Roll. That's all.

I think he actually has a valid point there, not so much on the subject but ofr the thread. That's the length's that people are going too in the whole Jolin/Ayu copying topic. It's PATHETIC ppl

So Jolin wears stuff that Ayu wears. look at the facts, they're both famous singers, they're both living in asia = there's such a thing as fashion that NOT only one person is allowed to wear. Fashion tends to carry, and in one region of the world, you can guarentee that more then one person will wear the same thing.

and i'm a Jolin fan by the way

I don't get the copying from the pics.... i even think that jolin's new cover has noyhing to do with any of ayu... it's really nice with the stars and all (the back cover)
