The phamplets are never give aways, their usual price is ranging from between 2500-3500 yen, they are often very creative and of high quality with many pages. This years phamplet, like every other years, you could get at either the arena where the performances was held, in the stands outside for 3000 yen. Or at the mu-mo avex shop, for 3000 yen.

I don't think any professional dancer in Naotos class has the need of, or has any official home page. Maybe he's not even professional but do it as a hobby and have a real job, too.
