I miss her medium lenght blonde hair from 2000 and her fashion during those eras.
I also miss the way she used to do her makeup and her attitude during concerts.
Nowdays, she seems more detached from the fans.

I miss her creativity.

I feel like these days (especially musically) she constantly repeats old, used ideas.

She used to be so creative and inspirational.

The big dark eyes

I HATE when she uses contact lenses.
And I miss vibrato.

I missed her skinny body, her heavy eye make up, her good sense of style, her cray-cray nail arts.
For her music, I think I satisfied enough cos she always try to larger her music style. Although sometimes it get similar to another.

HA!
I bitched about missing some of her things earlier, but this is the only counter for the entire thread.

There are so many things I miss, but mostly her creativity and complex music videos. I also miss having longer albums, the multiple interludes...

I also miss long albums. If you don't count with "Many Classic Moments", M(A)DE IN JAPAN has just 9 new tracks.

For creativity I don't think Ayu has lost it for music. FLOWER for example is quite unique in her discography and one of her best songs.
I do agree creativity in her music video is not as good as it used to be.

I miss the way she performed. I'm not crazy about her live tour after RnRC Tour (A BEST LIVE was good though).

I missed the amount of effort that Ayu put into making her PVs . She had some of the best , intriguing & interesting PVs in her entire discography but the last 5 years or so , her PVs weren't as great as they used to

Even the songs that deserved to get PVs , the PVs themselves don't do justice to them which's a real pity as they look lazy , uninspiring if not 1/2 finished

Other artists have been around as long if not longer than Ayu but their PVs tend to be relatively consistently good . I wished the same thing applies to Ayu

I don't really mind not having interludes, they just feel like track list filler. Made in Japan having 8 new tracks is pretty normal, most of her albums have less new songs if you don't count interludes.

Only thing I really miss is consistently good PVs, she still has good ones but not as frequently. I think part of that feeling comes from us getting everything at once when an album comes out, not releases spread out between singles. Takes longer to 'move on' from something I don't like as much because it'll be longer before the next release.

I miss the times when she used to be an artist and not just a performer. Sometimes I feel as if all creativity is gone.

Simple performances. Just her and a mic and her band. No way-too-dramatic overacting. The fake tears. Reaching the hand. No dancers falling-in-and-out-of-love six times in four minutes. I realized listening to WORDS the other day that I still really love her music. Always have. Always will. It's just some of her more recent performances sometimes kill that love for me because of how terribly over-dramatic they are.

I miss when her shows used to be about her Instead of her dancers and acrobats. I miss the interludes, i miss the band, I miss the raw performances, I miss her personal connection to the stage.

I miss the creativity and thought behind her work, even though sometimes they go there but the execution is just NOT the way it is.

I miss her more polished songs which weren't just midtempo, even though I love the nostalgic sound.

I miss her more relaxed vocals, even though they still emote very very well.

What I miss are summer songs that aren't juvenile love songs.
