Considering that arashi and AKB are the only ones having singles in top 10 and that Kana being the top female singer in Japan atm doesn't have a single in top 10 says a lot about everything

Koda promoted her single heavily meanwhile Ayu just had 2 performances ^^! and i think Sukidex3 did well also because japanese love ballad ^^!

I love sukide 3x because it has more songs and PV, thats quite reasonable and usually Kuu's releases have longer chart life compared ayu's

Do you like when people bring up Kuu in Ayu's threads all the time and say stuff like "she sold ~70k more albums than Ayu did with that release" ?

excuse me. People were commenting on how kuu performed more and her single is charting longer. and all im saying is that even though it's charting better, it's still less than ayu's has sold. meaning ayu's doesn't necessarily need to, or there should be no expectations for it to have a long chart life. because people already purchased it. when two singles are released on the same day by arguably the most popular solo female singers in japan, names will be brought up and things will be compared.

i wasn't saying ayu's is better because it sold more. i could care less about how they sell. people were comparing, and so did i. i wasn't trying to start anything.
