Women have to face several challenges and trials as they grow up. There are times where you think “I can’t do it”. At that time you might think ‘oh forget it’ and lower the hurdle, but a real diva tries to overcome her hurdles. She wanted to make a PV that showcases women’s strength. Like a spy. “I get the last laugh” - that kind of video.

With this single she wanted to show ‘Koda Kumi’ through dancing and performance etc and make a cool single. She looks forward to how fans will receive it.

So diva = strong woman to her.

speaking of which, jasmine needs to hurry up with this single. D; keeps pushing it back, Didn't we know of it since December? and we're not even getting it til Febraury. Ugh

I like black candy, kind of laid back. It does have a hint of country though. Sexy/coyote ugly/ country though. Not singing about your ex wife/suds in the bucket being a euphemism for abduction/I'm proud to be an American/Country.

Black candy is really nice but it doesn't feel that strong. I love it's chorus though.

POPDIVA definitely grew on me. The PV made a difference too
