It's pretty legit looking, but there's no mention of any tracklist, and there's no tracklist on the back either. And ayu never released pure video DVDs back in 2000..

2nd item is real but definitely OS version as japan doesnt have vcd version of any ayu's release. They only have vhs.
And this is the 1st DVD issue of ayu's and was reissued during 2007 as one of those limited edition with lower pricing.
Slipcase is missing though.
