yes I bought it from CDJapan, and yes it is possible (just happened to me >_<) if you pre-order before september 3rd you could win something!

From what I heard, if you ordered on YA you got a random gift. If you ordered on CDJapan, your name was entered in a loterry and you have a chance to win something, but it's not guaranteed.

I haven't really looked into the details, that's what I heard from a few people around here...
